Payment Methods We Accept

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept all major cards. Visa and Mastercard are the most used in the UAE. We also take American Express. Your card details are safe with us. We use the same security that big banks use.

Digital Wallets

Most people in the UAE now pay with their phones. It is fast and easy. You can pay with:

• Samsung Pay

Just tap your phone. No need to pull out your wallet. Digital wallets are very secure because they use something called tokenization. This means your real card number is never shared with us.

Bank Transfer

You can also pay directly from your bank account. We will give you our bank details. This is a good option if you prefer to pay before your ride.

Cash

We still accept cash. Some people like using cash, and that is okay. You can pay your driver directly when you reach your destination.

Our payment system uses the same security standards that banks use. This is called PCI DSS Level 1 certification. It is the highest level of security for payments.

When you pay with a card or digital wallet, your information is encrypted. Encryption turns your details into a secret code. No one can read it except the bank.

For card payments, we use 3D Secure. You might know this as “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode.” It asks for an extra password or code from your phone. This stops anyone else from using your card.

Tokenization for Digital Wallets

When you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, we never see your card number. The wallet creates a special code just for this transaction. Your real card number stays hidden. This is one of the safest ways to pay.

No Storing Your Details

We do not keep your card details on our systems. After your payment goes through, the information is gone. This means even if someone tried to hack us, there would be nothing to steal.

What Happens After You Pay

When your payment goes through, you will get a confirmation message from us. This will have your ride details and pickup time.
