Simple Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing UAE Pick and Drop. We want you to feel good about booking with us. This page explains how refunds work. We keep it simple and fair.
For Monthly Car Lift Services
Monthly service is for people who ride with us every day. It could be for work, school, or any regular need.
When you pay for a monthly plan, you get a special low price. It is much cheaper than paying for single rides every day. But here is the thing.
Sometimes you might miss a day. Maybe you are sick. Maybe you are on holiday. Maybe your office is closed. We understand that life happens.
But we cannot give refunds for days you do not use. Here is why.
When you sign up for a monthly service, we save a seat for you every single day. That seat is yours. Even if you do not use it, that seat stays empty and waiting. We cannot sell it to someone else.
So please know this clearly. Monthly plans are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for missed days. This is how we keep monthly prices low and affordable for everyone.
For Single Day Rides
Single day rides are for one-time trips. Maybe you need to go to another emirate. Maybe you have an appointment. Maybe you are visiting family.
For these rides, refunds are available. But you must follow one rule.
You need to cancel at least 12 hours before your ride starts.
If you cancel more than 12 hours before pickup, you get a full refund. We send the money back the same way you paid.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before pickup, there is no refund.
If you do not show up and you did not cancel at all, there is no refund.
Why the 12 hour rule? When you book a ride, we assign a driver just for you. That driver keeps that time open. They say no to other rides because they are coming to get you. If you cancel too late, the driver loses that work. That is not fair to them.
So please. If your plans change, just tell us as soon as you know. Give us 12 hours’ notice, and you are all good.
When We Cancel Your Ride
Sometimes things happen on our side. Maybe the driver has an emergency. Maybe the car has a problem. It does not happen often, but it can happen.
If we have to cancel your ride for any reason, you get a full refund. Even if it is last minute. That is only fair. You trusted us, and we could not deliver. So you get your money back. No questions asked.
Special Rides and Group Bookings
Sometimes people book rides for a whole week. Or for a group. Or for a special event.
For these kinds of bookings, please contact us directly. Talk to us before you pay. We will explain how refunds work for your situation. Every booking can be different. We want you to understand before you book.
How to Cancel
Cancelling is easy.
Just call us. Send us a message on WhatsApp. Or email us. Tell us your name and your ride details. Tell us you need to cancel.
We will check the time and let you know if you qualify for a refund. If you do, we process it right away. It usually takes a few days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
